Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is for you to be 110% satisfied with your purchase from Thespian Heart Clothing. If you have any sizing questions, please get in touch with Thespian Heart Clothing by email ( thespianheart@gmail.com) before purchasing. Please watch size videos for each garment, as each item is made to order & very expensive to replace.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, We would be glad to do an exchange for you within 14 days of receipt of shipment. For exchanges, please follow the directions below.

 

Exchanges

If you purchased an item from Thespian Heart and want to exchange it for a different size or style, you can do so by emailing Jamie at thespianheart@gmail.com and sending the item(s) to the address below. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges when returning an item(s). Please include a note about the color, size, and style you would like.  If you have questions or concerns please email thespianheart@gmail.com.

Each Thespian Heart Clothing item is lovingly made to order.  If there is a question with sizing please email thespianheart@gmail.com for personalized assistance before purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thespianheart@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send the address where to send your package. Items sent back to us without email confirmation will not be accepted. Please include the order number & photos of the item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
